Controversial city Pastor, Solomon Male has advised fellow pastors to consider polygamy if they cannot control their libido.

Male made the surprising proposal during an interview with a local newspaper, citing biblical examples to justify his argument.

He cited people like Abraham, King David and Jacob who took on extra women saying instead divorcing, Christians should consider this ‘Biblical experience.’

Male also called for increased counselling for married couples as many are going through ‘hell’ in their unions.

His comments come on the heels of a divorce saga involving Pastor Aloysius Bugingo of House of Prayer Ministries International and his wife, Teddy Naluswa whose marriage appears to be on the verge of collapse.

Bugingo’s wife accuses him of preying on a member of his Canaan land flock saying the pastor has been pushing her to divorce. She added that he had even gone as far as renting a house for this yet to be identified ‘bean.’

Her accusations follow Bugingo’s claim that her and their daughter, Doreen Gift were working on a sinister plan to take over church property including the land where the church sits in Kikoni Makerere.
