Kitatta Denies Being Member Or Leader Of Boda Boda 2010

Abdullah Kitatta who is currently facing charges of unlawful possession of ammunition appeared before the general court Martial on Monday 7th January 2019 alongside 9 others and denied being the boss or a member of Boda Boda 2010 leaving all court members amazement.

Kitatta said anything regarding Boda Boda 2010, the court should ask Joel Kibirige the Chairman for Boda Boda in Rubaga division.

Kitatta said he is not liable for any actions of Boda Boda 2010 and their wrong doings.

In his testimony Kitatta told court that he owned two offices in Rubaga division but not for Boda Boda 2010.

He opines that only his position was being the chairman of Drivers, Cyclists and Allied Workers

“I am not a member or a leader of Boda Boda 2010,” Kitatta told court

Kitatta said that Boda Boda 2010 was headed by Joel Kibrige and is the right person answer or respond to all the questions.

Abdullah Kitatta and the 9 others are facing charges of unlawful possession of firearms before general court Martial.
