Full Gospel Church Pastor Forges Documents to Inherit Riches of Late Wife, Arrested

Pastor Samuel Bashan Zziwa, an associate pastor at Full Gospel Church Makerere is being detained at Wandegeya Police station after it was alleged that he forged documents to inherit the riches of Late wife.

He is detained with other people and they are; lawyer Moses Musoke an employee of SOMMA Associates, Pastor Bolton Alex Allan Opio of Kyanja Divine Evangelist Church and the LC1 Chairperson Bombo Road Zone Jean Bakamweta.

It is alleged that the above people forged letters of administration to acquire authority over the riches and properties left by pastor Zziwa’s late wife, Dr Agnes Namutebi a former lecturer at Makerere University.

Police was tipped off to swing into action after the late Dr Agnes Namutebi’s family found out that Pr. Zziwa had tendered in his request of being granted sole powers of administration over the late wife’s and father in law’s property at Makindye Court.

The documents included forged signatures of the deceased family members unanimously granting the pastor access and powers over his late wife’s properties and riches.

The suspect’s lawyer (Musoke) in a bid to claim all the NSSF (National Social Security Fund) benefits, he wrote a letter introducing Pastor Zziwa as the true benefactor of the late’s property.
