Following the arrest of Boda boda 2010 boss Abdallah Kitatta who doubles as Rubaga Division NRM chairperson, the NRM Secretary General, Justine Kasule Lumumba has condemned the acts of criminality.
“As NRM, we don’t condone criminality and we cherish the rule of law,” Lumumba said before adding that; “The incident is however an eye opener for us at the Secretariat to start keeping a keen eye on all those in the party leadership positions.
The basis of the NRM core principles of Nationalism, Pan-Africanism, Social-Economic Transformation and Democracy is the human being which we should all treasure.”

Francis Ekaluhar, an employee of Case Clinic was kidnapped & later murdered on Tuesday 2nd January, 2018. His body was discovered by Uganda Police in Kajansi on 3rd January, 2018
